Bad service from Safari and Outdoor online orders

Absolute poor service from Safari and Outdoor. Ordered an item from them a week ago. There system still indicate "processing". Decided then to phone, "Bronwyn will call you back she is busy" No call back so I phone again day later. Eventually was able to speak to Bronwyn. "Die you order was send out 5 days ago please check with RAM" I took the tracking number and investigate, she blatantly **** about date of sending. Furhermore, item was delivered in wrong town, to wrong person. Seven days after order, the order are now back on its way to Safari and Outdoor. The customer service is REALLY bad. And staff not really helpfull.
