BAD SERVICE - DONT BUY HERE

Made an online purchase and got an order conformation with incorrect items listed. It took them almost a week to correct that. Eventually got told that it has been corrected and I can collect the order. Upon collection, they would not recognize my DS status to purchase >200. I declined the order and requested a refund on 29 September 2024. They request confirmation of banking details on 01 October 2024 and despite providing the confirmation, to date (14 October 2024) has not received my refund.

Their service is pathetic and sthe customer service received at the Stellenbosch outlet is like they are doing the customer a favour.
