Bad service

Bought a few items from the Nelspruit branch and had to return a few T-shirts.They assisted and processed a refund to a debit card on the card machine.That was on the 21st of June and fund are still not reflecting. Followed up a few times with the branch and they are just telling me to wait. Tried to get assistance from head office.Not willing to even try to assist and refers me back to the branch. Do not think these guys will see me again after this experience.
