Bad service

I was at the Stellenbosch branch. There is no customer service i had to look for someone to help me. When i took the item i want to buy the guy scan the item and the price on the tag and on the system was different the guy told me sorry ma-am you need to take something else because there is a price different.By law they had to give it to me for that price. The owner said sorry we cannot give it to you for that price because it is almost R600 of price different.
