Bad and slow service

Having purchased a firearm from the Pretoria company in the region of R70,000 you would expect a service at least. It's taken them over 2 weeks from payment to courier it down to Cape Town. With the lengthly legal process in its own its highly frustrating it has to be further delayed due to bad and slow service. This will unfortunately be the last time i support them.
