Bad After Sales Service!!!

Worse service I have received for a long time.

I bought a new Hornady Lock-n-Load kit with an electronic scale. However, I only loaded once and found the scale to be faulty. Its less than 2 months old. It is still brand new!

I brought back the scale to Safari Outdoor Pretoria and your staff member said it can't be replaced it must be sent in for repair (Having bough a new products and being faulty within 2 months, why not replace?) He said they will contact me within a few days, max a week. I however heard nothing (till today when I drove to your store) and after calling twice and leaving messages for a call back, I had to visit them at the store.

Today I was told that it will take 3 to 4 weeks for the scale to be back and they can do nothing for me. No plan to help me in the interim, other than I can bring my bullets to be loaded in the store (busy with load development and need to load a lot of different lengths, grains etc. as well as what dies will be used etc.) Not happy with this as I can’t visit the store every time I want to reload. Will be multiple times (Busy with load development). I did not buy a whole new reloading kit and equipment to go load it in your store.

Furthermore, the staff member told me that the specific scale is **** and that you guys have a lot of problems with it. And you guys are not buying it from Hornady anymore. So you knew that the scale is **** and still you sold it to me. The repair policy and the subpar scale were not disclosed at the time of purchase. This is the worse service ever and this in hunting season.
