I bought my son a Glock 19 4.5mm air gun on the 9th of December 2025 for R4016.00 from Safari Outdoor Cradlestone. From the start we had endless difficulties loading the magazine with pellets, to the point that we gave up with the gun. I took the gun back to Safari Outdoor on the 3rd of March and it was booked in for repairs. After receiving NO feedback from Safari Outdoor, I phoned on the 28th of March to try and get feedback. No surprise, they had no information whatsoever. According to the lady “she would call me back”. On the 1st of April I called back to get information and again no surprise, they had information whatsoever, but Elmarie said “she would call me back”. To date, the 9th of April, I have heard NOTHING form Safari Outdoor, NO email, NO Call, NO sms. I have requested my money back but again, I have heard NOTHING. Absolutely pathetic!
