I'm writing to register a complaint about customer service at Safari Market

I'm writing to register a complaint about customer service at Safari Market. The vendors (or suppliers) are kept in the dark, sales reports are few and far between and we have waited months to receive sales form May/June/July. The owners are not committed to keeping the suppliers in the loop and are non communicative when asked about progress
