I want my money back

I reserved a room for the 22 December 2018 till 24th December 2018. It said I can cancel anytime before 7 December 2018 23:58 for free and my payment methods will be Half on the 8th then the other half when I get to the Hotel on the 22nd. Today I get a notification that the hotel deducted the full amount without my consent and breaching the agreement. I want my money back cause I will not stay at a place that lies and expects people to go stay there and be happy. I want my money back all of it I don't even want to go there anymore. I keep trying to call Jan Pierre apparently hes the one who took the full amount from my account and hes not picking up.
