Safari gearboxes

i send in a vehicle to fix gearbox they charged me R16000 ,i payed cash when i got my vehicle back i drove 20 km and the gearbox had the same problem..i send it back to jaque botha from safari gearboxes ...he said he cant fix the problem and dont have cash to pay me back ...we agreed on a monthly payment he paid me 2000 back...in the last year i havent received payment or my vehicle back.
