Poor workmanship and even worse customer service

There workmanship is incredibly poor, they have been requested to fix the same work 3 times over. The owner of the company’s son, who claims to be the actual owner when confronted thinks the sun shines out of his ass. He does not treat customers with the due respect that is required. Especially when he cannot even get the basics of installing a floor correctly. 3 times to fix the same issue is honestly shocking.

I have never been so insulted from a service provider. I have an agreement with the developers of my house, that no one is allowed to enter my house without a face mask. When he got to my house I politely asked him to wear a mask, he then arrogantly told me why I am not wearing one, he obviously doesn’t understand this is where I live. The owners son, is incredibly arrogant, not caring about my children's safety or any underlying conditions my family members might have.

I would highly recommend not using this company to fulfill your flooring requirements as the workmanship and attitude of this company especially the owners son is just utterly disgusting.
