damaged cable on my warn winch

i had a 16,5 ti warn winch fitted to my new defender <br> when i had the opportunity to use it for the first time i unrolled the cable and to my dismay it was damaged<br> as the winch was bought through safari centre and costs R30000-00 i feel that they should replace the cable<br> they have been contacted but no response from them <br> regarding this matter
