Saeco AuLika Coffee Machine

I purchased a Saeco Au Lika Coffee machine from Saeco in Faerie Glen, Pretoria, for about R24,000 about two years ago.<br> This machine gave us problems from day one. We have taken the machine in several times for repairs, which was done at no charge but the machine only worked on and off. Right now we are sitting with a machine that doesn't work at all. I felt we were sold a dud and should have been given a new coffee machine.<br> I asked them to buy it back from me but they wouldn't. The last time we took it in they wanted to charge us a fortune to repair it.<br> This is definitely not a brand I recommend. Although they did send someone out the first few times we had problems, the fact remains that the problem was never sorted out properly or the quality of their coffee machines are just really bad!<br> I ended up buying a Nespresso Coffee Machine for a fraction of the price and it has never given me a day's trouble.
