Coffee macine blues

My bean to cup machine would not go back together after cleaning. I had been doing the same for about 2 years, so I thought something must be broken. this happened on Saturday 2nd of May. On Monday the 4th I took a chance and phoned the Cape Town agent for Saeco (who also go by the name of Brewfix) and got no reply. I thought they were on lockdown and I could do no more. To my amazement a lady phoned me back (she had been busy on another call) and talked me through a process, involving 2 teas****s and some micro-switches, and Hey Presto, I could indulge my addiction once more!! Awsome service guys.
