Never use Sadies Pest Control - breach in agreement

Poor service from Sadies Pest Control (Bluff) Owner, Dirk Sadie quoted to rid entire garden of fleas and garage of ****roaches on 21 June 2024 Treatment was done on 3 July 2024 - invoice paid by me in full on same morning - Treatment did not work Treatment done again on 17 July 2024 - Treatment did not work Treatment done again on 15 August 2024 - Treatment did not work

3 treatments for the same issue - Treatment did not work. Sadies Pest Control did not resolve the issue - even though I paid what they quoted for the complete rid of fleas in the garden and ****roaches in garage. On 2 September owner of Sadies Pest Control came again insisting that the poison does work - basically saying I'm lying Have sent several requests after all this for a full refund - no response to this from Sadies Pest Control management = Dirk Sadie I will never recommend Sadies Pest Control - they agree to do the treatment, making lots of claims of how effective it is where in fact it does not work at all and when it does not work, you are left spending thousands after paying them for the service, to try rid the problem yourself I will not recommend Sadies Pest Control to anyone, nor allow them on my property ever again - they are good to take the money paid for the service they promised, but did not fulfill the agreement
