Bad commission payers

I get clients for the business and I am supposed to get commissions, I was told that payments are made no later than the 7th, I waited and received no payment. After that I was told as soon as possible. I have called their number but they ignore my calls and WhatsApp. I spoke to Claudine but she ignores me blantly. Unfortunately they leave me no choice but to others of how they operate. I am now afraid of the client that I have referred.
