Saddles Upping there Game

I visited Saddles Bellville yesterday after being there at the opening to see how they are doing. Like any news business at the start of there life you have allot of challenges and dont always get everything correct the first time. There where problems I saw at the opening but this where expected, that is why i returned months later to give my honest experience of service, atmosphere and food quality the second time arround. I would just like to say yesterday atmosphere where friendly and homely, the service where quick, prompt and my order from placing to biting into the yummy food 10 min flat. I ordered a burger and it where a good fresh meaty burger, great basting sauce not overwhelming. The side lettuce and tomatoes and rolls fresh, the onion not oilie but nice and crispy and the chips just great with not allot of spice to overwhelm the pallet. The cutlery nice and clean and workable to not struggle with the cutting etc. Plates where properlly cleaned as well as table arrangements. Side sauces where also well presented and fresh. All in all 10/10 and must say from my first experience 300%+ improvement is to little. Thank you and a job well done guys.
