Saddles service terrible , warm drinks

My kids love the new kenridge branch . Food is inconsistent service is absolutely shocking expect the managers . Beers are warm . Tried pine hurst which is worse ... Warm beers , ting portions , no aircon , no iced tea .... Overall a disaster ... Booked kids party at kenridge --- think I should rather cancel
