Poor service

We had to wait for our food for more than 1 and a half hour. Nobody informed us what was the problem. Then they informed us that they ran out of rolls and they waiting on it. No alternatives was offered to us by staff or neither management. I had to wait more than 10 minutes after requesting for the bill to be settled. Although they wrote of the bill the attitude of the owner was demeaning. I never set foot their again.
