No ribeye?

Last month, my fiance and I decided to try the Rib eye Steak at Saddles, Pinehurst. We were totally bowled over with the quality and were extremely impressed. We even recommended it to family and friends. Unfortunately, last night was the total opposite. After ordering the Rib eye Steak, we received Sirloin. My cut of meat was tender, but I was still disappointed. My fiance had half his steak as it was tough and full of sinew. When we addressed the manager about the steak, nothing was done, no apologies. He actually looked at us as if we were crazy. The only exceptional service we received was from our waiter, Wikus. We will definitely not be visiting Saddles again. If the problem was handled correctly by management then it would of been a whole different scenario.
