Millionaire's dog out in the cold

Saddlebrook Estate has multimillion rand properties on it. One of which is our neighbour.

They own a dog that sleeps outside during winter and barks loudly and at length for hours at a time during the late night and early morning.

I have contacted their management about this for 2 years. There was no change until I involved the municipality last year.

We are now back to square one. 3AM Monday morning and the dog is barking for the umpteenth time this cold weekend.

Despite Dennis at Saddle Brook Management assuring me that he would help going forward, he has ignored my and my neighbours' calls for a year.

This is not kind to the dog or considerate to Saddlebrook's neighbours.
