LACK OF LEGALLY BINDING VERBAL/WRITTEN AGREEMENT

They claim a telephonic agreement was entered into but refuse to produce the recording of the telephonic verbal agreement after numerous requests, they are using loadshedding as an excuse for their incompetence, if a verbal agreement happened and then loadshedding supposedly happened it was the companies responsibility to call the client again and record a new verbal agreement or to get the client to sign a written one as there must be evidence of an agreement
