No service, no apology, highly arrogant and aggressive staff.

We were looking forward to a relaxing Sunday lunch on a beautiful sunny day.

After our food didn`t arrive 48 minutes after we placed the order, we politely enquired what the problem was.

We were accosted by an arrogant aggressive tattooed (gentle)man who did not apologize, giving reasons why we just had to wait. We felt so unwelcome that we left after paying for the wine.

We are the owners of one of the larger guesthouses in Summerstrand, and usually referred our guests to Sacramento for an outing and reasonably priced meal.

Never again.
