Very bad and poor feedback, response, service and registration process

I am a member for SACPCMP from 28-07-2015, that was the date I made my first payment for the application for an Construction Health and Safety Officer.

After years of waiting for feedback on my application forms and finally got an exam date that was done on 13-07-2017. Where I received feedback a week later (20-07-2017) that I passed the exam by means of a exams approval letter.

Now it is more than a month later and I am still waiting for certificate of registration. It is even stipulated in the exams approval letter that the approval status of this letter is valid for three months starting from the date of this letter and should this period lapse you will be required to re-apply.

All payments are always done on time and always up to date.

Even if you try to contact them it is impossible to get hold of an human being, the phone always revert to a computerized voice that replies that communication can also be done via email. I've tried to contact them on numerous times via phone.

I've also send an email to the CHS Executive - Vincent Harmse on 29-08-2017 and his crew Thabang and Tshepo. Still no feedback from them whatsoever.

It is the most frustrating experience registering with SACPCMP who is unfortunately the only recognized registered body for Construction Health and Safety Officers. Which is required by law to register with or by them.
