Unhappy with the SACPCMP

The SACPCMP is an organization that seems to be a money making scheme. They take years to register a person. Once you submit your application, they take forever to get back to you, there is no one to respond to phone calls and you have to cross your fingers and hope for an email response. I understand that there are many people that are trying to register (because it is now almost a compulsory requirement for jobs), however, they take way too long to process things for example payments and updating their website. After many hassles, we finally received a registration letter, God knows when the certificate will arrive! And after paying their fees, we still are not on their online database, even though we have a registration number. If we put this number forth on job applications and future employers search their registry, they will be unable to find this number and will consider us not registered/lying. To top it all, we have just paid their fees and now they are demanding fees again in December, who has so much money lying around when the cost of living is so high!? And what are these CPD Activities that we have to continue while we are registered? If you look this up on their website, they all have price tags attached to them.
