SACPCMP PATHETIC SERVICE

I wrote my SACPCMP exam in 2023 and in 2024 first week of October I paid my annual fee which was R4010 and i was told that i will receive my certificates in the next 6 to 8 weeks however i did not. Since then, i have been calling them, emailing them however there is no positive outcome. i a have sent over 10 emails querying about this, this week alone i have been calling them each and every day, today i called them twice and i was holding for more than 30minutes for each call, eventually when someone answers they drop the call.

My biggest concern is that the certificate that i am waiting for will expire in March and i will be required to pay again (R3750) for me to get a new/ valid certificate
