TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE - all you ever hear from them if you lucky to get a reply email is "under review". Their switchboard keeps you online for sometimes an hour at a time, saying we apologise for the shortage of operators - EMPLOY MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! one year later and still no decision. HOPELESS
