SACPCMP is too slow for US

Can somebody tell us why our applications take over 1year to be reviewed. No emails are being responded to. When you call you're on queue for 20min then the line is cut without talking to anyone. How do we get jobs when we got qualifications but sacpcmp takes 12-18months to review one persons application
