SACPCMP is just another money making scheme of the government

Please can anyone advise if there is a body where we can lodge a complaint about the SACPCMP apart from Hellopeter? It has nearly been a YEAR since I started the process and I have still not received my registration number or certificate. I paid my registration fees in the beginning of December 2022 and was told that it takes 6-8 weeks to receive your certificate. It has now been 3 MONTHS and still nothing! I have sent countless emails only for them to be read and never rep****. On the scarce occasion that someone replies it is always the same answer. Now I am being told that my name is on the list for a certificate and I must wait another 4 WEEKS for an outcome. What outcome!? I have passed the exam and paid the fee! I cannot believe that it takes 4 MONTHS to get a certificate! Do these people not realize that people require these certificates to secure work contracts? Its ridiculous that this registration process has to take so long!
