SACPCMP - Careless and Unprofessional

I was approved for CHSM exam last year, I wrote the exam and passed it, this year the SACPCMP contacted me to say I have to redo everything because they messed up, being that this influences my career, I redid everything, all annexures, resubmitted all my qualifications and now have been approved to rewrite the test again. I spoke to Malebane earlier this year and he promised that this situation will be cleared in a couple of weeks, it has been months. I am unable to attend the test for several reasons but on the other hand there are no test dates available, I was promised by Mr. Malebane that I will be able to take the test online, now since I have been approved, he and the whole organisations has been ignoring me even though it was their mistake that ruined my registration as well as my good standing.
