Lost potential work due to SACPCMP

I have been requesting "new login" details since a month ago in order to pay my registration fees to renew my SACPCMP registration (which is law by the way). I've phoned and emailed them more times than I can count and I am still waiting with expired registration. I actually lost a potential project due to expired registration! When will government do something about the ongoing inability of the SACPCMP??????
