Failure to assist me since early April and now I'm requested more money

Registered and made payment, received notification of approval after they received payment. The problem starts here, I was asked to upload certain documents and past experiences which I couldn't because I was inexperience so I was advised to send an email to change my application to a candidate application, after the request sent by me I was told that there is a ***** and *******ion investigation meaning they won't be able to assist me until the audit was done. Was in contact with them checking for feedback which there was silence at some point. Recently I was contacted again with the request to upload the docs and past experiences and was given 14 days before they archive my application, I assumed the audit was over and I responded with an attachment of my previous communication and requesting that they change my application to candidate application, I was advised that they no longer can make changes so I should re apply again, I struggled to reapply coz it kept picking me up on the system as an existing member, but I eventually succeeded, but now I'm requested to make another payment which I don't understand. I made payment which I no longer have prove but I have an email acknowledging receipt of my payment. Now I'm told I have forfeited the payment, why I sent don't know because I have never been assisted and all iv done is what was advised by them. I'm starting to think that its a **** or some sort of *******ion going on. If they are unable to assist me, I'd rather have my money back.
