Bad service

Why do we bother calling them, no answer , no respond to emails nothing. This is the registration body Government has put in place to make our profession legit, there is absolutely no words to explain their incompetency and lack of service, yes their offices is close but surely someone is manning the emails or working remotely, come on guys you quick to send out the invoices asking for payment but when you are required to assist us in getting our certificates then there is no one to be found. Typical Government Institution.
