The Judgement Nightmare

It was a nightmare from the beginning. I signed up for the credit clearance and it was changed to judgment clearance. A R120 a month for 12 months, or something like that.
It took 4 months before they started doing anything, that is after several emails that was just ignored. I asked for the quarterly report that was part of the package but only received a sign up document. They debited my bank account on the wrong dates (when there was no funds in it! Extra fees for me, yeah!)
Don’t even bother with these people. You can send a letter to the different credit companies and dispute the judgment. If only I had known. Now I am trying to cancel my subscription from them. Ugg, what a nasty experience.

I received this email from SACPA. What a bunch of assholes.

Hi

As intelligent as you sound, we assume that before you subscribed you read the terms of service presented to you.

It is clearly stated that it is your responsibility to inform us when the subscription term has expired: http://sacpa.co.za/index.php/ terms-conditions

We confirm that your subscription is terminated effectively on your request and on the basis of maturity.

Ps….we are not in the slightest perturbed by the post in HelloPeter…it is an exclusive site for irrational people and a money making scheme that targets companies by making them pay before they can respond to the false and malevolent posts – we suggest you post this line or this whole email. Let’s see how truthful you can be.
