SACPA are *****s

Ive been emailing them for the past 2 months now, Ive paid everything but get no response. They were quick to take on my application and process payment but once they received my money they were not bothered anymore. This is more like a **** and ***** than anything else. I have had to lay a case of ***** on my account in order to try to get my money back.
