They were very quick to assist and take my money. Its been almost 2 years without any clearance of my ITC. No refund, nothing. I cannot believe that one cannot phone them or send them any emails. No contact information available. No one phones to provide any updates. How do I go about to get my money back? Will my ITC be cleared ever??????????????????? One cannot inform them of ones complaint because there's no email addresses available.
