Completely unprofessional and services none existent.

I made use of this company's "services" as I was in a desperate position and required assistance. Once I had signed up and they had taken my money it was next to impossible to get any kind of "service" from them. Their terms and conditions are aimed at locking you in and they explicitly threaten you with a default order on your credit report should you fail to make payment. Attempts to cancel these services were ignored and money was continually deducted from my account. This "company" seems to consist of one person, and he/she is unreachable by anything except email. The response I received to my cancellation request was in my opinion unprofessional and borderline insulting. In my opinion I would not recommend this company/person at all.
