VeryVery Slow Service

I app**** for a SACE certificate at the beginning of June. However, it is now October and I have not yet received my certificate and number. Without this I am unable to apply for jobs as a teacher. I desperately need the certificate so that I can apply. I have missed out on numerous opportunities. I urgently need this.<br> <br> It should not be taking this long to mail an important document to someone, especially if their future depends on it. I feel as though if one does not reside in Pretoria, where the office is, they are at a disadvantage and cannot get their certificate done as soon as they drop it off, which is what the website says they do in some cases.<br> <br> I urgently need that certificate.
