Trying to get SACE registered

Good day

I am frustrated with the service and *********** assistance I am receiving from your agents.

I submitted all documents as per your website and was received by SACE on the 21st of June 2019.

I phoned to do a follow up and it was said my academic records are outstanding. When I said this could not be Maggie informed me she will email me the next day, three day ago and I never heard back from Maggie.

I then spoke to Ronny who said he can not see my documents was ever submitted so I can forward him all my documents and now after two days his response is to resubmit my documents with an extension form an additional R50 but I was never registered at SACE yet.

An in that time I spoke too two different agents an everyone gives you different information.

Also why is your online process not working but you have an option on the website.

This is a real inconvenience for people from caoe town as here is no SACE office where we can just walk in an submit or hand deliver or documents and it actually cost us money every time.

Please help I need to be temporary registered for SACE by 1st of August 2019 when I go do my teaching practical.
