Pathetic SACE

They are absolutely pathetic. I've registered and I am struggling to get my certificate, they are telling me they will email me and I have to wait 72hours I've been waiting more than a month for that email to reflect within "72hours". When I am trying to phone them, I don't get through it keeps me on hold and say 3 callers ahead of you and then after holding the line for about 30 mins its still the same, "3 callers ahead of you"
