No feedback from the South African Council for Edu

I completed my BEd degree in Education last year. I submiited my application to SACE on the 7th of December 2014. They received itvthe 11th. After the holidays I contacted them several times, with either no answer, them hanging up on me or no assistance. <br> <br> After many calls they sent me a temporary number. I am now employed at a school and need my original registration form. All that they say is that the temporary one will have to do. Can it be that difficult to just send me the original documents? <br> <br> My complaint would be the fact that there is no correspondence on their behalf and no feedback. Their attitude is so unprofessional and they just don't care.<br> <br> Please help me!
