******* orginazation

This orginization is horrible, the staff is useless beyond compare, always puting you on hold waisting everyone's time, always make empty promises to get back to you and never meet theire word. I am so fed up with this orginization's service, all they have to do is email me my documents and even that seems like to much for them to handel, the staff working there is so ***********. This is a perfect example of a ******* orginization, they make you pay for a service they can't even deliver.
