SACE? WHERE IS THE PROFESSIONALISM? POOR SERVICE!!!

I am currently with someone i have brought to the SACE office Durban to pick up a SACE teaching certificate. Absolute chaos!!! There is no social distancing and people in control of the queues that are not even employed by SACE!!! How is a an office that is supposed to be of ethical standards making people who are not SACE employees dealing with teachers!!! Furthermore an overload of people were allowed into the SACE office! Go and check the security cameras!!! The staff is absolutely rude and arrogant oh well the one lady who came outside the building. Teachers are sitting on the floors and pavements filling sace application forms!!! Disgrace to the south African teaching profession!!!! Department of Basic Education please go and check your SACE durban offfice unannounced and you will be shocked!!! This professional office is shocking, unorganized and the irony, very unprofessional!!! Please feel free to rewind the recurity cams and see how many people were allowed in during the Covid restrictions and check if there was rules followed. By the way is it legal to allow non SACE employees to handle SACE applications? Please investigate!!! Rewind security footages if you have to to see what is going on there! From 08:30am there was literally only 2 certificates issued!!!! We were waiting from 07:30am till now while i am typing this it is now 12:43pm with no sace certificate. SACE please look into this!!!!!
