SACDA financial assurance are ****mers

While the call centre was very professional and very swift to send a DEBICHECK through to my account, I now discovered after them deducting money from my account that they do not refund any amounts, they also do not respond to any correspondence and they cannot actually remove me from debt review, they only transfer my debt to their company, which then never pays any debtors. After numerous emails and calls I had to cancel the debit order with my bank to prevent them from deducting any further moneys. It's a shame that we can be taken for a ride so easily. I am glad that they only deducted once.
