SACCO ****!!!!!

Sacco Savings...... What a ****! My hasband saved with this coming for the whole of last year thru his company hes working for. His savings was due to be paid into his account in Dec 2017 up till today nothing! Just spoke to the manager for the 7th time and was informed once again that they have a cash flow problem. What is this? Anyone out there that can tell me what my next move is??
