UNSYMPATHETIC PROVIDENT FUND MANAGERS

I have a frustrating problem with the Saccawu Provident Fund personnel. Last year July we lost our mother to breast cancer. Had been employed for 30 years in one of the big retail organizations and a member of Saccawu Provident Fund. As a family we have submitted all required document for the death benefit payout claim. Since July this year, a year after were leyed mom to rest I have been struggling to get any feedback from the fund on the progress of this claim. The gentleman who assisted us on the initial stage of the claim was very helpful, but he can go only so far assisting me. He gave me an email address to send my query to (***). I have been sending emails requesting some progress report, but they could not be bothered to reply to my emails.
