Unpaid Claims

Hi, I have a claim with SACCAWU since May 2020, I don't even think they deserve 1 star, it took them a year to compile a report and to proceed with verifications, on 12 May 2021 Ms Olivia told me that my file is with trustees, as they keep on telling me that my file is with the trustees for signatures, of which they sit monthly. On 14 June 2021 Ms Olivia didn't know where my file is, I was surprised by a call on Sunday 25 July 2021 when Ms Takalani called to tell me that my file will be going to the trustees on Wednesday 28 July 2021 and She will give feedback that afternoon of which it never happened. On 03 August 2021, I called Ms Olivia again regarding feedback and She told me that my file is awaiting trustees. I don't know if the file will ever be signed, or will ever be sent to Old Mutual for payment. It's about a year and half now, I'm very disappointed with the slow process as we all facing this pandemic. I don't know anymore who is telling the truth.
