Saccawu and pnp refusing to refund our money back

As a former colleague I need clarity on something as we all know pick n pay staff goes to December every year right so this year this are different it was agreed that they will only send the representatives to the annual meeting of saccawu and the money that was deducted from our salaries will be refunded back indeed they kept their promise but to the ones that are no longer working there they did not get their money and it was said by shopstuwards of the specific store which is Pnp Irene mall that because this people are no loner part of pnp they can't get their money how so I asked? When they deducted the money from the salaries did they know what the future held? Does the head office of both Pnp and saccawu know of this? The shopstuwards at Irene mall is Jacob his the senior, Linah Baloyi, Idaho Moremi to name a few and the office barrier is Mr September if indeed it's they way they say it scan the please provide me with a letter in black and white that I have signed and agreed upon
