Old Mutual Provident

I'm writing on behalf of Cecilia Mmutlane of membership no.:A280785B. She has not as of yet received her provident fund. At a time when both her previous and her current company performed a handover her colleagues received their provident fund except her.

The officials at Old Mutual whom she was referred to are not doing their best to assist her but instead they are sending her on a wild goose chase. At one point she was told her money was transferred to Sun City but it has become clear that she has been sold a story.

As a result of all of this she is tired and close to giving up.
