Death claim application

I have called saccawu provident fund to ask about my sister's death claim application. Which we app**** 5 month ago and i was told that they have done with the investigations. The case is now with the trustees and they only meet twice in a month and sometimes they don't meet. My question is how long do we have to wait for so called trustee to meet. Why is so difficult for them to release the funds because they're done with investigations. Many families are suffering because of thise saccawu trustee's.
